Majayjay Get Away

The JIL Church had an outing at Majayjay with hassles and everything. Well, I'm with them. Thanks to the exchanged day off. We arrived early in the morning and we're starting to be amazed in everything. From the laughs we brought from the jeepney. From the Magdalena, Martha and Lazarus to Phone Map to Slow to Farts to The sleeping quarters to the resort. It was a funny and crazy roadtrip. 

After taking some snapshots and after fixing our things in the cottages, we quickly changed clothes. Ready to swiim. Running waters all around. 

We start to dip our feet, testing the waters and It's soooo cold. Specially under the falling waters. We swum and explore. Jump over stones over rocks to reduce blindspots. It's an amazing place. Really amazing place. I had fun with my pals. Singing over those pebbles. Dancing over joy.  

Seeing this nature's beauty is undeniably irresistable. I wanna stay in this kind of place like forever but we have works to do. We can't just runaway from them. So I have this goal to tour over the world. To spend money over beautiful places like this. It's my way of appreciating God's creation.  

We jumped over rocks and swim over waters. We're explorers! I love this. I enjoyed every moment of it up to going home. Here are some of the pictures! :))

Kingdom Quest

Last month, we had our annual Daily Vacation Bible School in our Church. Since 2012, I've been a volunteer. you may ask why. Well, there's something significant about DVBS. Aside helping our teachers in guiding the children in relationship with Jesus, loving those little buddies, I have reasons also and I'll keep that for myself. HAHA! 

So here's what happened, our theme is Kingdom Quest. 

I don't have much to tell but the hassle while managing the activities in my limited amount of time. My heart is on this DVBS, I sacrifice 1 week of lesser sleep to help the volunteers and the teachers in providing cool stuffs for Children's learning. I didn't do much. All I did is to assist. So credits still goes to those who stayed up to late night just to finish the papers and designs and awards and certificates.

The graduation is awesome. Sweat falls everywhere.
Run here and there. 
It was fun and exciting and forehead-sweat-dropping.

And oh. One more thing, I just found it sweet and funny and touching. There was this little girl who offers me a seat one time I sat on the floor to check the Laptop, and that's last graduation. then As we go home, she told me with her cute little voice "mamimiss ko 'yung apir mo"

Team Building

Recently, we have our team building at Pansol, Laguna. It should be on Zambales but was moved to Laguna due to unplanned schedule hindrances, and that's a different story. So, let's move forward. Batch 1 of Tier 2 had a team building. It was a crazy outing. Yeah. And I don't know where to start, maybe on enumerating the team. From our supervisor Patrick to top 1 agent Jona (Hi Jonabelle) to our team members Maique, Tiff, Angel, Nathan, Edgar, Albert, Tine, Joeff, Joriz, Dex. Louis has some household responsibility so he didn't come over while Kim and Joe just said goodbye to the team earlier than the outing. 

So, we waited for hours for the arrival of one of the coordinators. We already stayed at some place with some drinks and yeah. I don't drink so we had Mogu-Mogu as an alternative, the liter.  When our queen arrived, we begin to tease and laugh and rest as well. It's a pretty long trip but a fast one. We arrived at the resort, set our things up, cook, prepare, changed clothes, set the karaoke, the bed, rooms, key, pool and the food.  Everyone's busy. There's singing and laughing. Teasing and cooking. Those married people really know household stuff. Hahaha.  I prayed for the food. We eat harshly and we're not even sorry for the mess. After that is some rest. And of course we swim. Exhibition, fly there and here. Kick in and out. We should be doing some games and talking real but we end up swimming aimlessly and then they started drinking. I started floating. 

I don't drink. But pinagbigyan ko sila.. I gave them one. Just one. Then, they drink all the hard something. They just provide me a what-they-call-a-girl-drink, Tanduay Ice. Am I the only guy here who don't drink?  I'm just saying that I'm drinking Tanduay Ice with the cosplayers.

Moments after, they had a commotion, we begun the trips 'cause games doesn't exist by now. There were cameras and attention, to me. Why?! They started questioning my sexuality! Well, It's a joke time. Here's what happened.  Holding a bottle of hard. One of them swim beside me while I talk to a cosplayer. Then, suddenly, attention is in front of me They were shouting, teasing and asking for a kiss, between us.  

I don't know how to react nor what to do. So I closed my eyes and said.. "Okay Game!  Pipikit na ko para di ka mahiya." #GwapoStatements.  But what I didn't know is the willingness and the seriousness of her and she explains it to me after the Team Building. Sabe na may gusto 'to sa'kin eh. #GwapoStatements  And then later, they asked for an intimate hug. Grabe lang.  I knooow. This is not a big deal for many of you. But for me?! Uhm. No. Haha. It's just funny. Do I really need to do that to prove myself?! Hahaha!
 

It's a tiring day. After hours of their drinking, I helped some nondrunk people to clean the mess as we laugh off of what we witness.  Drinks all over.  Sleeping beside the pool, and in the pool. After that.. The karaoke is ours.  Napatunganga ng bigla kitang nakita.. Hello my friend we'll meet again.. Here we are in the best years..  And we sleep, anywhere. It didn't pushed through. We cooked hotdogs and bangus while waiting for the sun. All night I'm doing floating.  Watching the moon over me. It's a great night. The next day pulled up. Still laughing but slept latur. Thank you for the great night team!  I appreciate those tease and fun. .

Enchanted Kingdom 2014

I went to McDonald's with hotheaded brother, he became like that for a reason, I teased him. I'm a bad brother. 

A really bad one. 

But I don't want to talk about it now. 

So, let's move on, still we have our enchanting-breathe-catching-eye-widening-mouth-drying-heart-stopping-yet-fun-filled-rides. 

Around 3 or 4pm, we arrived at Enchanted Kingdom. After 5 years with this guys, we went back. (Hacinth, Joy, Israel, Aries and Jas) 

Our first stop is.. 

EK Extreme, which is, fun and you'll never have a chance to shout when It's going down to the bottom, 

Anchor's Away, forget your dreams, no one's cool in this ride, if being cool is one of your treasured possession, forget about riding this. You're gonna pick up your heart on the ground after this. 

Space Shuttle, Hacinth and Joy. Aries and Israel. Jabes and Jasmin. We know, our hearts will be broken, and will call different names on the air. As we see the view from the top. A wonderful perspective, but a scary moment. We all want to enjoy the moment. We stood up. Hang up for a moment. And then, we went straight to.. 

Food court, where we stay and let our diziness be gone. We ate hotdog sandwich sponsored by the birthday celebrant and the graduate, Aries. We watched a show. A musical and It's magical. Wonderful. 

And then, in the suvinir shop and realto to watch ice age. As the view shake, we also do. It's like we're there.  

And then the photoshoot. Jump and shot and we up to the circle something. Spinning our heads, watching the stars, feeling wonderful. Our next stop is. 

Rio grande, 'cause we're ready for the wet look. Hahaha! Amaaaazing. We encounter the feaaar of water, and to face more of it, the log jam.  

We're weet. Super duper wet or am I the only one?! XD 

And we end our ride escapade with the wheel of fate. Where I remember something. Haha! 

It's a magical day for us.

Unconditional

Alam mo 'yun, lahat ng ayaw ko nasa kanya. pero kumportable ako sa kanya. ayaw kong aminin pero. mahal ko siya..

I was talking to a friend the other day, after she told me everything about her feeling. She sent me a SMS 2 hours before our shift. I have no idea what's happening until she said "wasak ako ngayon". That was the time that I have found out my real job, to listen to their cries and pains. So, I went to McDonald's at 1am, she ordered McSpag. As she told me what happened all I can do is to zip my all time favorite float from McDonald's, the coffee float.

She told me who he was, what they've been through, the time frame of their moments and it's ending. Its quite touching when she told me that no ones knew about it and that she trusted me. A really cool thing to know. well, we've been friends for about 2 months and she already named me as a little brother.

But that's not the main topic of this entry.

It's about the unconditional love.

I'm not sure if it's really love or just infatuation. but she mentioned something about her past relationships, that she hates drunkards, yosi dudes and wicked attitude. that she can't believe herself that she set it all aside to this one man and it seems like everything she hated. He has. And then she cries on the inside. In between of her story telling, I know that there's something that I'll learn from this..

It reminds me of how love works. how does it works, really. It reminds me of how God loves us, that even though we have that thing the He hates (sin), it doesn't makes Him un-love us. He still hates sin and He still loves you. What love is?! Love is unconditional. and from that statement, I can say that unconditional love is a wrong term. who can agree with me?

God always make a time for us to realize such things in little things and big things. He knows what He's doing.
and my prayer for now, is the healing of the heart of my friend. that through this she can go closer to Him.
The man said sorry. that he can't handle things anymore. that what he said about liking her was withdrew.

Curiosity vs Fear

Sometimes, I'm afraid to dig deeper. I'm afraid to know more. And that kills me. Being curious and afraid at the same time is a really bad situation.

It's either you'll ignore the fear and just take risks or ignore the curiosity and be just afraid.
because sometimes, we're afraid that all these things that happened might end up differently 'cause there's this another story that is ready to pick up what you ignored and you didn't know that It's the key.

i don't know if I'm still making sense here.
but what if everything that you believed in is just a product of your wishful thinking and the truth about it lies behind those letters hidden somewhere in your heart and you're just so afraid to seek more of it.

I want someone who'll slap me right now!

1 More Month.

Well?

I've been working in Harte Hanks for about 3 Months now. I received my salary 3 times and on Friday, the 4th one. Let me tell you something more about it. Some of my experiences, observation and everything linked to my workplace.

*Aside from the free coffee and the snooze box, we have free waters. Hot and Cold.

*No free food in a normal day but we have free JCO last event. 

*We have friendly Tech Leads and Team Captains.

*Promotion is not that far.

*I had my first ATM Card which I didn't know how to use.

*Mixed people in one team.
*We can enter Market! Market! Anytime.
*We have discounts on some of the restaurant in the area.
*A 24 hour McDonald's and McCafe
*I'm starting to hate chicken.

*Near High Street, SM Aura and of course, Market! Market!
*A 24 hour transportation service

And on April 13 will be the end of my contract. I already missed 1 month in sum of Sunday Service. It doesn't mean that this work wasn't a blessing. But, it seems like I don't belong to any church anymore. Although I attend in New Life last Sunday, and Victory last month. There's this place I call home.

I already miss the KKBs, my Nanay's and Tatay's, my ate's and kuya's, my little brothers and sisters, those cute little nuggets. I'll be back. Soon. Real soon.

If the company allowed me to stay. I'll stay. And I will make some great adjustments and I'll fight for my rights to have day off in Sunday.
If God allowed me to stay. I know. Everything will be just fine.

I still have 1 month.
The opening.
The competition.
The regularization.
They're on their way.
and God is preparing me for whatever the future may be.
All I know and all I can do now is to trust Him.
