This is October

There's nothing much that happened in this month and it just passed by. It's the usual check ups and services. Aside from unending shopee deliveries, here are some snaps for this month!

The usual shiro entry with composition

Planning to sell some of my figures.

I also bought an official Naruto mousepad.

Took this snap before my ultimate final design arrives

I also got serious about my anime figure photography. I bought this background for better shots.

That's all folks!

Wotakoi: Love is hard for otaku

Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku
11 Episodes + 3 OVAs
Duration: 25 min/ep
Theme:  Comedy, Josei, Romance, Slice of Life
Rating: ★★★★★★★★☆☆

I'm now leaning towards slice-of-life when it comes to my favorite anime theme. Shonen's are good, those adventures and fantasy but there's always something calming about Slice of life. It suddenly draws you back to reality.

This anime is a recommendation from my Instagram account dedicated to anime figures. I'm glad I finally slipped this on my long list of anime watch list. This is definitely a must-watch for an Otaku.

It has everything about being an anime fan. There's anime, manga, games, conventions, anime figures, and cosplays, and to my surprise, there's a mention of Pixiv.

The characters are well-relatable. The setup is dedicated to Otakus in the corporate world. It's really nice as they tackle the life of an Otaku. Of course, some people hide this fact and we, are always "weird" to them, that we spend too much on the things that we love and they do not understand that.

This has become one of my favorite animes. It's short and simple. There's no big drama or anything like that. It's just pure - us. Otakus. Enjoy watching if you haven't already.

The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses

The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses
13 Episodes
Duration: 23 min/ep
Theme:  Comedy, Romance, School, Shounen, Iyashikei
Rating: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆

The girl I like forgot her glasses. It's another anime with a long name and a really odd one. I have had high hopes for this anime since its announcement as people have been hyping this one up.

Apparently, this is an Iyashikei anime. No fights or significant conflict. Just a slice of life with some type of healing elements on it.

I've been in since the first episode and I've been enjoying it. It's quite repetitive at times but this is what I subscribed to. I thought that the title would only materialize during the first episode, well, it did not. It's the theme of the whole show. Which is nice and cute.

I love the dynamic of the two characters, simple interaction with an innocent student's malice'. I liked the show overall, I'm watching several Shonen with lots of fight scene so this anime is that anime that balance my weekly anime catch-up.

Also, the build-up from the first episode to the later ones is totally worth it. It draws us to this specific episode where the progression suddenly paced up.

The simplicity of the show is what makes this great. I wouldn't mind another season but I'm not sure if we'll ever get one.
